FAQ

Below is a list of answers to frequently asked questions from our customers:

1) The bikes are certified DME?
Of course, certified by a notified body in Europe. For transparency, the certificate can be viewed at the following link: Certified Compliance ebike.

2) Why should I buy from you?
For three simple reasons: Design, Quality and Convenience. We select the best-designed chassis and manufacturing; We choose proven quality components adapted to each model of bike; we produce in an Asian factory under the supervision of our partner garatisce the best compromise between price and material used, as well as a careful quality inspection before packing. We guarantee the best market price directly from the factory to the consumer.

3) How are packed your bikes?
Our bikes are carefully packed in special cartons to ensure integrity during transport. In order not to exceed the measures allow the conveyor, some parts such as front wheel, handlebars, pedals, mudguards, inflating tires, various accessories, etc. They could be dismantled or need adjustment. Inside the box or through a digital file can be downloaded from our website, you will find attached a list of the pieces to dial or to be adjusted for each bike model.

4) How many kilometers you travel with a fully charged battery?
In relation to the model and to the set speed type, this value can vary from 30 to 80 km away. Some important variables can affect negatively the final km routes, including: proper tire pressure, correct distance between the brake pads, weight of the driver, any extra weight, battery age, grade and slope of the path, etc.

5) What can I do if I stay at low battery, away from the place of return?
Our bikes are equipped with high quality gear changes (usually Shimano) that guarantee a ride without assistance not very strenuous.

6) Can I charge the battery even if it is not completely exhausted?
Certainly. The batteries used on our bikes are lithium-ion (Li-Ion) and do not suffer from memory effect. Indeed, it is advisable not to use up the battery does not reduce the actual capacity.

7) How long does it take to fully charge?
For the type of battery used by us (lithium ions) that time is variable and amounts to about 5-6 hours. However, in only 2 hours you get a refill of about 60%. It should be noted that the first charge must have a duration greater than the standard abundantly. The aim is to maximize the full potential of the battery is capable.

8) How long have your batteries?
The expected life of our lithium battery ranges from 800 to 1000 cycles of charging approx. A cycle corresponds to a download / full charge. With a maximum appropriate use you can then get a mileage of about 10,000-15,000 km

9) What is the cost of a refill?
The electricity spending necessary for the charging corresponds to about 50 cents per 100 km of running.

10) Why is the warranty on batteries is limited to one year?
In view of the chemical and physical characteristics of the energy storage, manufacturers believe that more than enough period of warranty coverage. In fact, if the battery were to present these construction defects manifest themselves already after the first 2-3 refills. It often happens, however, that the user fails in an appropriate way to safeguard the integrity of the battery. This occurs, for example when leaving the bike (and hence battery) idle for months (typically what happens in the winter season). At this point the battery is damaged and remains compromise, not for constructive vice, but simply due to carelessness.

11) How long is your engine?
Tens of thousands of kilometers. This is the more absolute immune component, our engines are well built to withstand the attrition problems and aging.

12) What kind of maintenance shall be performed at an electric bike?
The interventions on the chassis are the ones envisaged for a normal bike, but they are to be carried out with regularity and care, because the speed performance of an electric bike are definitely superior, as well as the stress that must be met. The other elements that distinguish the electric bike are: motor, battery, electronic control unit, and wiring. For a total safety of use and the best overall performance of the electric bike is good to provide a periodic cutting control, which can verify the quality and stability of the electrical components (in order to estimate stops do not wish).

13) How do i know the right size bike needed?
